Step 1: Write to us in a few lines
Your nationality, where you live or will live on the island, and what the papers are for: a job, a home, a course, a partner. From that, we can name your procedure.

Step 2: We match the procedure to the office
You get a short list back: the EX form that applies, the box that fits your case on the 790-012 fee form, the documents to gather, and the office on Gran Canaria that handles your procedure. We fill in the forms with you.

Step 3: We look for the cita previa
We search the booking system for the province of Las Palmas for a date at an office on the island that suits you, and we read the confirmation with you before you count on it.

Step 4: You go with a checked folder
Before the day, we go through every paper once more and send you a note: the address, the time, the order of your documents and the questions an officer may put to you. When it is done, we point you to the next step.

Applications are decided by the authorities alone; we cannot hurry them. These pages are for information and do not replace legal advice.
